Nuvo-11160GC is Neousys Technology's latest ruggedised edge AI platform, capable of operating over a wide temperature range, based on the Intel Core Ultra 200S series processor and supporting NVIDIA RTX graphics cards up to 150W. With its high performance and high number of I/O ports, it is ideal for demanding edge AI applications in both fixed and mobile installations, in indoor and outdoor environments, such as AI-based vision control, video analytics and autonomous mobile robots.

Designed for demanding real-world applications, the Nuvo-11160GC simplifies the connection of required sensorsós and control devices with extensive I/O connectivity, while its compact form factor enables deployment in space-constrained environments. For fixed applications such as vision-based robot control, AI-based vision control and video analytics, it offers 8 USB 3.2 Gen 2 and 6 GbE portsófor multi-camera configurations, 4-channel isolated DI inputs and 4-channel isolated DO outputs for industrial automation integration, and an optional 10GbE port for high-bandwidth communications. To provide more I/O and functionality, the MezIO interface allows for flexible expansion: MezIO-U4 adds 4 additional USB 3.1 ports, MezIO-G4 adds 4 additional GbE ports and MezIO-D330 adds 16-channel digital I/O.

For more demanding mobile robotóapplications such as AMR, optional built-in PoE+ simplifies GigE camera deployment, and mini PCIe slots support 4G/5G module expansion for remote operation. A proven thermal design, including an expansion tray with an enhanced GPU cooling fan, ensures reliable performance over a wide temperature range of -25°C to 60°C, making the unit ideal for outdoor applications. In terms of energy efficiency, the Intel Core Ultra 200S processor provides 1.2 times the processor performance, while consuming only 80% of the power compared to the previous generation, allowing for longer battery life in mobile robotics.
