Description
Based on its previous experience in high-speed data acquisition, Advantech has introduced an all-new modular iDAQ system with the iDAQ-968 chassis on the USB 3.0 bus. The series works with the iDAQ-700/800 I/O modules to create a variety of both control and measurement applications. Thanks to its modular and ruggedised design, the iDAQ is ideally suited for applications that require extensive and diverse measurements, as well as for operation in harsh environments. A set of libraries and examples allow programming in popular languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Python, and off-the-shelf tools such as Matlab or LabVIEW.
iDAQ-868 is a 16-channel iDAQ thermocouple input module with 24-bit resolution, designed for precise temperature measurement in demanding industrial applications. It supports a wide range of thermocouple types, offers 50/60 Hz filtering, isolation protection up to 600 VRMS and iDAQ hot-swap capability.
