The EdgeFire™ system is sensitive to multiple network protocols. Using them, it can create operational command trust lists that take into account operational technologies, as well as trust lists based on other parameters.

 

Better insight into the OT gray area

EdgeFire is equipped with tools for maximum integration and coordination of IT and OT networks. In addition, it provides better insight into the OT gray zone environment.

 

Centralization in a single console

Pattern updates, firmware management and resource sharing can be centralized on a large scale. For sites with multiple EdgeFire nodes, the OT Defense Console (ODC) can help administer and manage these nodes and the running EdgeIPS nodes.

 

Easy on-site deployment and network segmentation

When creating the EdgeFire system, we paid special attention to network segmentation. Thus, with its help, you can create easy-to-secure network zones based on the operational needs of each node without changing the existing topology.

 

Protection of vulnerable devices and old systems where patches are not installed

Virtual patches, which are the flagship technology of the Edge series, are network processes that protect resources that are no longer supported or cannot have patches installed for some other reason. They create a "shield" around these resources that prevents hackers from exploiting their vulnerabilities.

 

Maximum performance even in extreme temperatures

EdgeFire can operate in harsh environments in a temperature range of -40 to 75 degrees Celsius or -40 to 167 degrees Fahrenheit. Its mean time without failure (MTBF) is more than 700,000 hours.
