UR30 collaborative robot

The UR30 model is a revolutionary cobot, created from scratch based on many years of experience of Universal Robots engineers. The result is a tool that is even stronger, faster and more efficient, allowing you to complete more demanding tasks in less time.

It enables the automation of repetitive and dangerous tasks with a load capacity of up to 35 kg. The robot arm has a reach of up to 1300 mm and a repeatability of 0.1 mm. It is ideal for automating tedious tasks such as:

• Pick & Place
• packaging and palletising
• screwing
• welding
• assembly
• polishing and grinding
• operating CNC machines and injection moulding machines
• soldering, gluing, painting

The UR30 cobot is easy to programme, quick to install and has a built-in safety system, making it a "friendly co-worker". It also offers a competitive advantage with the fastest return on investment in the industry.

The UR30 collaborative robot is equipped with, among other things, 16 digital I/O, safety I/O, analogue I/O, encoder I/O and a socket for communication using Modbus TCP, Profinet and Ethernet/IP protocols.

PolyScope X is a newer, 64-bit version of the system, characteristic of new-generation cobots. It is equipped with a greater number of advanced functions and smart skills. In addition, thanks to an improved interface, programming the robot is even easier.
