iDAQ-784

Advantech iDAQ-784 is a 4-channel iDAQ module equipped with 32-bit encoder counters, designed for precise pulseócounting, position measurement and implementation of timing and counting functions in industrial applications. The solution proves itself wherever accurate motion control, reliable position monitoring and synchronisation of measurementsós with other modules in the system are required.

The module supports popular encoderów modes, including Quadrature (X1, X2, X4), Two-pulse (CW/CCW) and Pulse-direction (Signed Pulse). It also offers a programmable trigger output with a preload FIFO for position poróing, a built-in digital filter and the ability for buffered acquisition synchronised with other iDAQ modules. With a maximum input and output frequency of 10 MHz and 2500 VDC isolation, the iDAQ-784 is a suitable choice for demanding industrial environments.

An additional advantage of the module is its wide range of counter functions, such as event counting, frequency measurement, pulse width measurement, position compare, one shot, timer/pulse and PWM. The compact design, 37-pin D-SUB connector and operation at temperatures from -40 to 70°C allow easy integration into modern machine automation, testing and monitoring systems.
