IIoT gateways are solutions dedicated to integrate many older devices with new infrastructure (including even Cloud systems). Devices works in Ethernet networks, but can also grab data from devices with many other interfaces e.g. WiFi or RS-232/422/485. Depending on chosen device it bases on dedicated producer software (using over 200 popular protocols) and OPC UA or on opensource Node-RED software which allows user make their own algorithms and visualize data. Node-RED uses pick-and-drop mechanism. So as to start work with this devices user should only have computer with web browser. For more advanced users producer gave solution to build apps using JavaScript or C language.

Devices can be used to monitor building infrastructure, solar panels, many factory areas or simply to automate many processes. OPC UA, data base (using ODBC), MQTT broker in AWS or Azure cloud connectivity makes this devices very flexible to use. It is also caused by the fact that they base on open Linux system and have TagLink software.
